I heard he collapsed but not that he had died.

RIP.

My favorite Bo moment was him (Bo as AD) telling Freider (sp?) to hit the road prior to the NCAA tourney after Freider announced he was leaving. Something like "A Michigan man is going to coach Michigan". That decision worked out pretty good.

Sad day. He was always who I associated Michigan football with, even after he stepped down.

Don't know what NCAA rules are on tributes on the uniform, but I was thinking earlier it would be nice if they took that middle of the three stripes on the Michigan helmet and changed it to black for the game....

Bo was before my time, but I got a pretty good idea of how intense he was (especially in regard to Ohio State) by a press conference he had on Monday that ESPN aired today... He was going OFF about how two years ago Ohio State officials made the Michigan team unpack all of their bags and whatnot as soon as they got off the bus and searched through it with bomb/drug sniffing dogs. He said, "They didn't do it to other team before that, and they haven't since. They DAMN well better not do it again, either."

RIP to one of the all-time greats, sympathies to Big Blue.

I hope he and Woody Hayes have a good time watchin' the game from up above.
