Kinda late to report this, but last Thurs. i was hanging out with one of the players from the team. He showed me a message from Tony Jones that read something along the lines of "Bobby's been missing since they returned from the Mich St. loss. If you get in touch with him tell BP or other coaches. He hasn't been going to classes and hasn't talked to anyone from the team since they got back. The coaches are trying to help him graduate and get a couple of pro workouts but can't get in contact with him." Without basketball, no way B Maze would have this opportunity to get his degree. He's so close and I hope they have found him by now or do find him soon.

Yeah it does suck, especially considering I saw him in an interview credit coach Pearl and the staff for turning his life around, and getting him on track to graduate. He seemed to really get it, and it was such a feel good story. But now this, I hope they find him he is blowing a golden opportunity...I hope nothing happened to him

I hope this is a joke! If i see him, I will do my best to encourage him to contact his family and friends.

This article shows he is fine.
Back to work for Pearl, Vols GoVolsXtra
the quote:
Banquet Farewell: Fans can purchase tickets to the men’s basketball banquet on May 7 by going to utsports.com.

Pearl said his players will be doing more than just appearing.

“You need to see Brian Williams do his imitation of me, Cameron Tatum do his Tony Jones and see Wayne step,’’ Pearl said. “Bobby Maze will be rapping, and you know Renaldo (Woolridge) will be doing his thing, too.
this was posted today, so guess everything is ok.

Man, that guy had a heart. There's no telling how many "what ifs" have been going through his head since MSU. I hurt for that man.

Okay, so he's around ... Anyone have any info if he is attending class and finishing his degree?

This sad. All these seniors this year have been so great for Tennessee. Prince and Chism have obviously been fan favorites for a long time, but this year Bobby really grew on me too. He has a great story and you can't help but root for the kid in basketball and more importantly life.

I really hope that he is going to stay in class and finish getting his degree. It would be the absolute best thing he could do for himself.

He probably was just taking the loss pretty hard, and all the tweets from fans after the game probably didn't help.
