Bobby Maze, getting 9 points and 3.5 assists per game. Not too shaby, he handles pressure very well, but I was just wondering what Volnation's opinion on Maze is? Do you like him as your PG?

He has his good games. If he had Goins' effort, especially on the defensive end, he would be really good. The commentators at today's game really seemed to impressed by Goins.

I cant stand his playground mentality and pull back. If you crossover and penetrate, why consistently pull back outside. if you get in there challenge them to foul you!!

Doesn't seem to work for Maze. He gets blocked like 3 times a game on layups.

Maze can be good but he has too much street ball in his blood.If he would quit shooting so much and drive the lane and draw the foul he would be much better off.
I think Goins is the overall better PG, Goins isnt looking to try and score as much as BM,Maze has his moments when scoring.

He rarely plays defense well. Telling that when the games on the line, Bobby's on the bench when we are on defense.

He has his moments.His 3point shots are looking better and are falling more often.He is often "burned" by other PG's which is why he gets a lot of "bench time" when we need a stop.All in all he is getting better but,he needs to speed up the process...

Though I do wish he would quit trying to force the issue when he doesn't have numbers on a fast break, he is very good at running the offense and penetrating. I am very happy with his play as of late on the offensive end.

I like his intensity. The only glaring flaw in his game is how often he get's beat off the dribble. i think goins is better defensively, but Maze is better on offense.
