And I see this a lot. This has to do with timeouts, and when to use them. Before TCU got the ball back, it was 3rd down for Boise State. TCU had one timeout left, and chose to save it. Of course Boise threw an imcomplete pass on third down, and it stopped the clock anyways. I would have rather used that timeout, because you can't get the time back. I would rather have about 15 seconds on the clock than a timeout(when there is only 1:30 to go in the game). But I guess that is why I am not getting paid the big bucks.

I think that Boise should've run the ball on third down and forced TCU to use their final timeout after that play. Just my two cents.

The correct play for BSU's QB was to take the sack there and force TCU to use its last timeout and drive the length of the field in :55 with no timeouts.

Still can't understand why TCU came out throwing so often early. Boise had a better game plan, and TCU seemed to have better athletes.
