When will the early lines start to come out?

This Wednesday probably for the first bowl games that start this weekend. For the BCS bowls, you will likely see vegas start floating the first lines around 2 weeks before the game starts.

Haha I understand, I don't bet either. I just look at the lines for fun, although Boise -13 is almost too much to ignore.
