Famous Idaho Potato Bowl?!?

I just can't take bowls that are named after the sponsor seriously. I was disappointed when Chick-fil-a dropped the Peach and Capital One dropped Citrus.

I'm with you. I still call them the Peach and Citrus Bowls. I also try to call the Outback Bowl the Hall of Fame Bowl.

Tulane just lost on a FG miss, and the QB is more to blame. The play before he let almost 10 seconds run off the clock before he snapped it and then took a sack.

My philosophy is that if everyone else had done their jobs properly and executed well throughout the game, the kicker wouldn't be needed to try and win/tie the game.

I agree.

I just couldn't believe the QB/offense took so long to run a play, and then the QB took a sack.

I'm addicted to watching these random bowl games.

As much as I believe there are too many, I agree it's fun to watch. It's not quite as fun as it used to be though, because used to I would see teams in these bowls that I hadn't seen all season. But now with almost every game being broadcast somewhere and the internet, I've probably seen every team in bowl games take at least a few snaps this year.

You realize the Citrust Bowl use to be the Tangerine Bowl. Also, I think they are changing the name back to the Chick-fil-a Peach Bowl.

Yep.

And the Russell Athletic Bowl, which was the Champs Sports Bowl, was the Tangerine Bowl resurrected for about 2 seasons.

Apparently UCF and Baylor both have returned a ton of tickets to the Fiesta Bowl. You can get a ticket on StubHub right now for $15.
