Yeah, but we'd be meeting them in the Elite 8. I think we would all take that right now.

Yeah....To be honest with you about the subject....I think if we caught Duke on a good night for us, we could give them a game.....Maybe not beat them, but give them a tough game

i don't think there is a great team in college basketball this year. tennessee has 50-50 chance to make it to the final four this year. remember you heard it here first. :devilsmoke:

I'd take Duke by 20, they just as fast and a whole lot deeper than us. Duke blew out Texas full strength we blew out Texas missing two players.

And being in Atlanta I'd think we could bring a couple fans. I bet Pearl would even drive the bus!

You and me both......I seriously think we could give them a tough game.....I do think if they beat us it wouldn't be by a land slide

I see us going out 1st or 2nd round, I think we are overrated, we are a top 25 team but #3 in the RPI, and 12th in the nation we arent. We are yet to beat a top 25 team that there star player hasnt been hurt in.

I do agree with you on the part about not beating a team that their star player wasn't hurt, but take the wins how you can get them, there are other good players on those teams....I wouldn't say we're overrated, I mean we did beat Florida, Brewer got hurt but came back....I say take them how you can them lol

Brewer was by far there best player, he was amazing even though he could barely walk in the 2nd half. If he had gotten his average we would have lost even though we played about the best game we could have played. I think we are a top 20-25 team but not where we are right now.

I disagree.....Even though they weren't at full strength, I still believe we beat some good teams and will continue to beat them, I think this team is for real and has the will to win unlike this year, all we can do is play hard game in and game out and that's all you can ask for, beating good teams is just a bonus

I hope we make the sweet 16 and play in the Georgia Dome.. mostly because I'll be in press row and as a Falcons season ticket holder, I got to buy 10 lower level tickets a year ago.

yeah yeah and i guess us not having our star PG and the leader of our team the last 4 minutes didnt equal the playing field eh??? get out of here with that crap we only won cause brewer got hurt... we are what we are and we are a top 15 team right now on the verge of being a top 10 team. Why do we always have na sayers wanted to say we are overrated. If anything we are still underrated, we lost to memphis, lsu (they are very good) and osu which under the circumstances wasnt that bad... go look at who the other teams that are around us have lost to and then you will see that we are right where we should be.

One of those players played the whole first half and didn't do anything, and his sub played better than him....so that "2 players out" isn't valid

4 minutes is a whole lot different then a guy hardly playing in the game at all and playing with a badly hurt ankle. Brewer was a great player, Watson had played bad the whole game anyways. How was losing by 15 to a average at best OSU team not bad?

Looks like I'm not the only one that thinks the Vols are good enough to take on all but about 10 or so teams this year...
