Ugh.

How much longer are we gonna have of this :banghead2:

Are they gonna make a movie of Brady's long tragic 4 hour wait at the NFL Draft?

ESPN has been sucking up to him forever.

Right now, he is on ESPN.com front page cover.
At the top was a Hummer Ad that had Brady Quinn pictures everywhere.

On Yahoo, they have his picture on the front page.

He is on the front page of SI.com

He is on the front page of NFL.com

And, you can't watch TV for 30 mins without having to hear about him.

This is so...uhhh wrong.:aggressive:

You know people, he was not the ONLY player drafted!

Sorry, just thought I would say something.:)

I don't blame them for covering it. It was the story of the first day.

It was the story.

I find it funny how they let him go to that private suite to avoid interviews and cameras. I don't recall them doing that with 1st round snubs of the past.

It may be ok to cover the story.

But I just don't like seeing them make such a big deal of him falling 22 spots, and Chris Berman calling him "Mighty Quinn".

Then they had a segment on ESPN talking about how rough it must have been on Brady to sit and wait.

Give me a break, yes he had to wait 4 hours, yes he may have lost 40 mil guaranteed.

But he is still gonna be a multi millionaire playing for his childhood favorite team.

Real sad, eh? :cray:

Chris Berman makes a reference to an oldie virtually any time he mentions any player's name. He's just bringing up an old Bob Dylan song, nothing more.

Well all that media attention cost Quinn a lot of money. After NFL GMs took one look at his girlfriend they realized this guy was not that good of a decision maker.

I would not exactly call him a poor decision maker for dating her either.

I would, I saw her many times on camera and she was average at best considering you are the former ND quarterback and second QB picked in the draft. That picture helps her some, but still pretty average considering.

thinking about it.. they even showed Ryan Leaf at the super bowl and on the draft. so they may never stop talking about him.

Any time you see a guy with product in his hair like that, you know you can't trust him to put his hat down when scrambling for that critical first down.

I thought it was so touching when the NFL commissioner invited Quinn up to his private box so the world couldn't see him cry..

I thought he just got out of the shower right before air time or he was sweating his butt off...
