Interesting they found it during a routine physical. I'm not a doctor, but I'd guess that be a difficult diagnosis to determine if indeed he was asymptomatic (no headaches, seizures, etc). Must've had reflex abnormalities. Doubt they do CTs or MRIs during a "routine physical"

I'm thinking his "routine physical" differs greatly from my "routine physical".
