I wonder if he regrets not leaving, he's not even backup now.

The move is for his nfl career. He already proved everything he could at QB. People still doubted his nfl potential at the position. He wants to still contend for a title and learn to be a WR on a great team. Not a bad choice.

How do we know Miller will be a good WR? Did he play that position in highschool or something?

I know enough about Urban Meyer's offense to know that Miller will be used in a variety of ways.

He could line up at tailback, WR or wildcat QB, and you have to account for him on every play...in addition to containing that monster Elliott.
