See how silly all the panicking and whining seems when you put things in perspective? Unranked teams aren't supposed to beat ranked teams. Just like the odds are 36-1 against hitting whatever single number you bet on in roulette. It happens sometimes, but it doesn't mean the sky is falling if it doesn't.

Step by step. Brick by brick. We'll work our way back. Improve week over week, win the games we're supposed to win and give our best in the others.

6-6 at best 4-8 is about what I expect this team is soft this is not a Tennessee football team an that's not coach jones fault
Edit:the team being soft is not coaching that's just the personality of this team front running p-ssies

I appreciate a bit of what you are saying, but it sounds like an excuse. We are supposed to be ranked and playing for something. I don't buy that we cannot compete - even this year. We started drives at the UF 15-yard line TWICE and came away with ZERO points. We turn it right back over to them the first time otherwise it is 14-0, and the second time we PUNT. PUNT after taking over at the 15. We ARE better than that even now.

Protect the football and don't be so cute with playcalling. Any kind of points applies more pressure to an already shaken opponent

To arguably the best defense in the country? With an offense that's inexperienced and full of freshman on the wings?

We are playing for something. This year our realistic goal should be 5 wins and a bowl invite. Anything more than that is gravy.

The 3rd and 15 ricochet off Floridas MLBers helmet was a great time to run a draw and punt. There were a few other occassions where we need to be more conservative given the overall circumstances we kept putting Peterman in bad spots and he make horrific plays.
