Quoting Hubbs:

"I don't know how you can have a ton of confience right now. I HAVE BEEN SAYING THAT THE PROGRAM IS IN THE DITCH, THE QUESTION, HOW DEEP? This week makes you think it's really in the ditch.
"I think giving guys repeated chances in the past after mistake for mistake, has been a problem for this team.

"And I think you can honestly wonder just how much pride some players have with this program."

"If you are a member of that team and you care about the program and you are not embarrassed right now then Fulmer has real issues with this team-his program"

Quoting a quote off RTN. I'm not a Rivals subscriber but I trust this source.

There is a point, of course, where a man must take the isolated peak and break with all his associates for clear principle; but until that time he must work, if he would be of use, with men as they are. As long as the good in them overbalances the evil, let him work with them for the best that can be obtained.

This is frustrating BUT at the same time, we can't blame the actions of every player on Fulmer. All he can do it set the bar extremely high and then punish accordingly. This is where he has been inconsistent in the past. I was glad to see that he was willing to pull the trigger quickly on both of these players and then call a team meeting. This is what it will have to take consistently and to be quite honest, we probably aren't done. We have to establish that talent with character is meaningless. If we don't, then we are no better than Miami back in the day...a group of thugs.

Did you mean talent without character is meaningless?
