I don't want him as coach. That ship has sailed. But he couldn't do a worse job at AD than Hart. At the very least, we know that he would do his best for the school.
A year ago, I never would have said this, I thought it best to have a clean break with the Fulmer years, but this search is inexcusable. Hart clearly had no plan in place, despite the fact that most knew this day was coming since the Kentucky loss in 2011. And after weeks of inaction, Hart goes straight for second tier coaching candidates, while Arkansas (freaking Arkansas who has never won an SEC championship) is offering the moon to big name after big name (and ends up with a great, young proven winner).
I honestly believe Fulmer could step in tomorrow and we would have a better chance of landing a top notch candidate than we do now with Hart running the show.
