I'd look at Derek Rang, DC for West. Prob won't get look because of youth but bright guy. Played at Maryville High and Maryville College, coached at Anderson County, South Doyle, and West. Great young coach.

I dunno. The lack of talent on Alcoa's side has brought them 4 losses this year. Almost makes me wonder just how fantastic CGR is without a powerhouse team.

He's not a great coach, imo. Where he has coached has a lot to do with his success.
