After talking with the university, this is how it works....

If you made a donation already to the tennessee fund you can pay $25 to reserve each ticket and that $25 is deducted from the $40-$140 ticket price when game time arrives. Now if you have not made a donation to the tennessee fund you can donate $50 and then reserve each ticket for $25 a ticket which will be deducted from the prices mentioned above. call 865-974-1218 and say you want to reserve bristol tickets now.

i had trouble with the online process as well. I would recommend just calling. Also you will have a choice as to what ticket price and location you want too, how many different ones i don't know.

I did the on line route cause when I called the ticket office they told me it was the only option. And got no choice of tix. I'm pissed now that I heard this.

you won't get the choice of tickets supposably til a later date closer to the game.

Ok that's much better...lol I was about to say for the money I have to dish out every year, to find out others are getting to pick seats...well anyways I was told it will be like a bowl game. You pick what price you want to pay then it goes by donor rank.

My issue was that I hadn't activated my oline account with my pin. I never got around to it.

you had to also still be a donor as of March 1, 2016 to be able to exercise the option to purchase tickets in 2016. the $25 deposit is non-refundable so you would have to maintain donation each year until then or lose the deposit.

is my understanding.

you are putting down a non-refundable option to be able to purchase in 2016.. there has never been a game and venue like this so it is being done differently

For those having issues online, you can call the number in the op and they can take care of it for you. Apparently they have had issues with the website due to the increase in traffic.

So have they come out with seating arrangements with the field set up?? Perhaps that'll change it all so why seating can't be assigned yet (if still the case)

Tennessee knows what sections they will get.

I did see a layout a couple of weeks ago but can't locate right now..
