We wanted Jeremy Bates for OC. Not sure how much he will be in play, though. BG is our #1 OC priority now. Bates may have been previously, though.

I watched Denver play SD Sunday night. But never thought or even heard that they might fire him. I think is one of the best coaches out there. Always had great running game to go with gun slinger QB's. Cutler looked unreal at times. They just couldn't stop SD. Which no one has of late. I think it was a stupid move.

He has been the Phillip Fulmer of the NFL. Since Elway retired he has been mediocre at best.

No doubt. That doesn't change the fact that without John Elway, he has been a mediocre coach.

His last championship was 10 years ago. Since then, he's won one (1) playoff game. If I were a Broncos fan, I'd probably want him gone too.

He doesn't have much in common with Fulmer as a coach, obviously, but the results were pretty similar. A decade of failure should get you fired anywhere.
