Broncos to trade Cutler.

Man it'd be nice to dump vince on denver and our first round pick this year. Maybe throw in some cash to sweeten the deal. Ah who i'm i kidding, the titans are too cheap to go after cutler.

I really don't think Cutler is even that good. I'd be upset if the Panthers made a trade to get him. He plays in one of the worst divisions in the NFL, but still, he's got a losing record as a starter. Now, let's add that he's a whiner.
They're saying that the Skins could be a leading contender for him. I'd honestly rather have Campbell than Cutler. Is that just me?

Plus, how is Washington able to do all of these huge deals? They got Taylor last year. Now they offer the huge deal to Haynesworth and Hall. Now they want to trade for Cutler?

They back load all of those contracts to fit into the salary cap. They put incentive clauses in them so they get a few productive years out of them. That strategy hasn't worked for them yet, doubt it will now. Washington has to many fat cats with self being most important on their team. Daniel snyder has turned that once proud organization into a circus.

As far as cutler goes, i'd love to have him here in nashville. He's tons better than kerry collins, vince won't ever get his starting job back here. It makes a lot of sense to try to right a wrong from a few years ago. Bud adams sucks as a owner though.

Agree Vince will never have a starting job anywhere. Nashville loved Cutler while at Vandy and this would just help all the way around. Better attendance, better play, better team all around with Cutler at QB

I'd rather have Cutler than Campbell. Cutler has a better arm, in my opinion at least, and plays with a little more pizzaz.

The AFC-W really isn't bad against the pass. As a whole they're terrible though. When Marshall was on, the Broncos were unstoppable. When Marshall started self destructing (again) they fizzled out bad. Cutler, at that point, only really had Eddie Royal to go to. Also, it sucked for him as his RBs could not stay healthy.

Cutler is way better then Campbell, not even a question

and the Skins are still a proud organization

I was a skins fan before the titans got here, still follow them a little. I just think owners like daniel snyder and jerry jones are way to meddlesome in team affairs. I don't see either team doing much with those guys as owners, they just can't keep their noses out of it.

Philly fans "Nasty"? You are too kind

We used to go to games at the Vet and the drunkenness was out of control

I would love to see Cutler in burgundy and gold

Cutler is a very good qb. With a solid team around him he has a chance to be great. His team gave up scores left and right and put the offense in bad situations. Cutler did a great job considering the defense currently has only back up and rotation quality players. Cutler over Campbell any day of the week.

The Titans organization would be foolish not to go after this guy.Collins is a senior citizen by NFL standards, and Young just doesn't have enough upstairs to play the position.Cutler would be a welcomed site in Nashville.

Plus, Cutler is proven... not a risk like a rookie would be.

After watching the accompanying videos.Odds are their is still as good a chance that he stays as goes.

Slightly proven. Sure, his defense gave up big numbers, but he was still playing poor teams in his division...but still have a losing record. Oh, and don't forget that one of his "wins" was the game where he fumbled and should have cost his team the win...just, the call was blown.
Plus, Cutler had an amazing line blocking for him. Ryan Clady was probably one of the best rookies last year. Rex Grossman could have been successful in that situation too.
Okay, I'll give you that Campbell is a little better of a QB. I'd just rather have a guy who is going to be a team player, and a guy dedicated to winning. Also, I don't really know what I'm talking about here, but isn't Cutler a gamble because of his health?

What would lead you to believe this? I saw a stat where Cutler had the most wins when defense gave up 30 or more points. Cutler is not the problem here, it was a horrible defense and no help on offense this year, hard for any young QB to overcome. Campbell is a guy you put in to not lose the game for you. Cutler is a guy that given some help can win games for you.

His combined rating against all AFC-West opponents was ~91. His combined rating against the NFC-South was ~93.

You'd have more ground to stand on if you said "he started out really strong, but fizzled out. He's not consistent and gets frustrated if his team isn't playing well and puts him in known passing situations."

I'm not comparing him to Peyton Manning, but I strongly believe if you put him on a team with a good Defense and a good running game... I think he's definitely in the top tier of current NFL QBs.

Cutler was doing fine getting into shootout games until Marshall decided to implode... leaving Cutler with one viable target to pass to.

I hope Jay does not get rid of his cold weather attire. Winter in Detroit can be frigid.

I don't think cheap is so much the issue as we don't have anything that they see as equal return (and I don't think you can just trade cash in the NFL like you can in the NBA &MLB). Cutler is a young, starting, and at this point good qb; and old qb (collins) and vince - who at this point most likely won't start - is not an equal trade nor what they are looking for, even if we threw in an end of the 1st round pick.

Denver would make the titans part with something big that they don't want to probably.

I'm totally okay with this...
Peppers to Denver
Cutler to Carolina
Cutler to Detroit
Detroit's 2nd first round pick for this year (20th overall) AND their 3rd round pick to Carolina.
:good!:

LOL, when I was stationed in Philly around 97-2000, I went to many games at the Vet. The arrest sheet for people was always a mile long from druken idiots getting arrested at the game. I mean I was there when they were throwing batteries at JD Drew.
