I seen the other day that Chism,Barry Stewart and Varanado, all came out of HS at same time. All from the state of Tennessee. Chism choose Tennessee and the other two choose Miss St. I think it was Bruce second year. With Bruce here now and being here for awhile we will get some better recruits now, Being in sweet 16 and hopefully farther. I think we can get to final 4 this year. Then you never know what might happen. Nobody thought Villinova would beat Georgetown that year.

I hate to take this route on this thread, but I just can't understand why nobody can get Varnado's name correct. EVERY announcer calls him VarnaRdo, for some reason.

Pearl is already bringing in outstanding talent to UT, the problem has been keeping it here. We lost Duke Crews, Ramar Smith, Tyler Smith, E. Negedu, and Josh Tabb, whether it be for disciplinary or injury reasons, we;ve lost a 5 star, two 4 stars, an all SEC player, and a long lengthy lock down defender, imagine what type of team we would have right now if none of that attrition took place....Not to beat a dead horse I just wanted to point out that Pearl is already bringing in top notch talent, the Vols just need to hang onto it now....maybe he should enroll them in Dooley's character building program
