Thought this was interesting:

BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT, PLAYER: Kansas State TB Bryce Brown. Once the nation's top-rated recruit, Brown was named to the preseason All-Big 12 team even though he hadn't played since 2009. Yet against Eastern Kentucky, he didn't start, carried just three times for 16 yards and lost a fumble that led to Eastern Kentucky's touchdown.

His heart is not in it. He wanted to be a Vol. Following his dad's wishes has more than likely cost him an NFL career.

Exactly..sometimes parents need to stay out of it and let their kids decide what they want. Especially at that age. I love my son more than anything and hope one day he goes to UT. Even though its 4 hrs away. But I would support and let him decide on whatever he wants. Even if he goes to a rival school. Kids are more important than anything and have the right to make those decisions on their own.jmo
