OK... Im entering this thing late and don't want to go back 20 pages.

Bryce told one of the hostesses on facebook (lacey) that he was going to Knoxville with his parents this weekend. Lacey told some people who told some people and now the rumor is obviously out.

Why do you think that Bryce is upset that the rumor is out?
It would seem to me that he would want to people to know.

Doesn't want the fanfare? I assume that is a just a terrible joke.

He didn't want people to know.

He didn't want fanfare.

I have read the previous 3 pages. And I have NO problem admitting I got bad information if that turns out to be the case. Never saw anybody come in here and admit how bad they screwed up when everybody said we WERE getting OC and Oku was not even on our radar. I'll be a man and admit my mistake if I am wrong...but let's hold EVERYONE to this standard ok?

Time to abandon your username and start a new one

They have much different running styles. BB looks more bruising, Oku is a slasher, Reggie Bush, Charlie Garner, looking runner.

I was thinking how Bryce could be like Lil man Stewart/Aaron hayden to Oku's Garner

O man the possibilities.

From what I have seen from BB is he is more of a slasher/speedster with the capability to bruise. The guy looks like an animal. In addition, look at the two deep vertical routes during the Army AA game. Now that is a weapon that is going to handcuff defenses.

we have a top five overall rb group in the nation right now. With BB we will have the #1 group in the nation hands down. Our ground game will be scary...what does that mean? Defenses will key our run game alot this year by placing more guys on the line. That will open up our passing game much more. That is why just having BB on the field will help us win more games. Its crucial that we land this guy IMO

USCw has a stable of 5 star running backs. Right now we're not even 3rd best in the SEC. With Brown we are in the top 3 of the SEC (1st if BB lives up to expectations), possibly top 5 in the nation. Seriously did you really think that? Seriously?

Wow, Swarm. You came out swinging today.

Class of '03 sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Yes and I still do. Its called an opinion. Glad to see yours as well. No reason to flame me Mr. Swarm.
Ill give you the USC comment because they are loaded but I still think we are top 5 w/o BB and 2 w bb

I'm not flaming you. First of all, we currently have no 5 star prospects. And no one has proved themselves on the field (though I'd argue this is because of our dismal passing game last year) to be anywhere close to a 5 star player. So where are you getting that? That's extreme homerism is my point

UT has a good backfield with some decent talent. Problem is no really knows where they rank because they haven't been utilized to their fullest potential.

With that said, I don't think it's the fifth best in the country. However, it seriously could be this season.

And I think that Toney Williams is getting lost in the stars shadow, but don't be surprised when he is the one to step up in the White role. This backfield with Brown, Oku, Williams, Creer, Hardesty is as good as it gets if they play as expected.

Don't bother ranking stuff now...let the play on the field sort it all out.

I wasnt looking at stars when I decided this. I watch a lot of cfb and from what I have seen we are very talented at rb compared to most of the schools I have seen. IMO as a collective group we are very deep compared to most schools. fact is we have no clue who will start come fall because any one of those guys could be the number one guy. I just dont see that at other schools (except USC). Thats because usually they will have one or two guys that stand above the rest. Thats why IMO as a collective group of rbs we have a top 5 group in the nation.

Out of curiosity who else is in your top 5?

I saw this on TOS per Jeremy Crabtree

"Bryce’s father said he’s fasting, so he wouldn’t be going anywhere. At least that’s what I was told yesterday."

Look at LSU and Alabama if you want two backfields that for sure beat ours right now. You haven't done anywhere close to the necessary research to say we're in the top 5 nationally.

Based off of last year oregon, usc, Texas, and Alabama. Oklahoma and UF seems to be loaded at rb as well. Most of the other teams seemed to have one guy that did most of the work for them.
