You are right. Oregon is still in consideration. Along with UT, Miami and LSU. Nothing has changed enough for him to eliminate anybody.

Either way...I can't wait until Monday. I can't get anything done while this is still going on.:crazy:

I really want to believe that and will jump for joy if its true, However I learned a valuable lesson some years ago about "Booking it" and that lesson caused Volunteer fans around the globe to vomit together when We "Booked it" that Peyton would win the heisman...And the name the speaker spoke still to this day make me sick....I am going to wait until monday when Brown has the UT hat on and is smiling and telling us the one thing We already know, That it's GREAT to be a Tennessee VOL! Before I book anything :salute:

Thanks, you too, UTMBA.

I really didn't do it as a hatchet piece - and tried to keep the commentary to a minimum.

With facts such as those, commentary wasn't needed IMO.

Lastly, there is a little comedic grenade scattered in there somewhere....if anyone finds it. Without a doubt, Wheaton certainly will. That was the only license I took in writing it, everything else is verifiable, 100% truthful fact.

I'm certainly not saying that your chances aren't reallllly good at this point.

But please - all this dismissing of our program's chances is just ridiculous in light of the way this recruitment has gone.

I just thought of another sign we are getting Brown. The signing of David Oku. Roll with me on this one:

If UT thought that Oku signing with the Vols would hurt their chances with Brown, wouldn't they tell him to wait and hold that spot for Brown? Not saying they would deceive him intentionally, but after all the mess with Oku de-committing ect. it wouldn't be out of the realm of acceptability for Kiffin to tell him there may not be a spot. The coaches had to have been fairly confident they could get both. If they thought they could only have one or the other, they would obviously choose Brown.
