Also, that's a terrible hire. State has a little bit of money but why go after an unproven coach that went to the NIT in his only season? He has NBA experiance but that's about it. If SCJR can pull someone like Frank Martin, State shouldn't settle for a guy chasing money.

Great pedigree as a player and a coach. 1st round NBA draft pick (that wont hurt with recruits) Every time Ole Piss hears his name they wanna throw up. He was a winner as a player, winner as a coach... Hot wife from Jackson, MS with local ties. Young and energetic. We got a good hire.
