Edwards, a former star for the Wolverines, was deemed to have violated BTN's social media guidelines.

In a tweet sent Saturday night that was later deleted, Edwards called quarterback Shea Patterson "scared," said the offensive line -- and specifically Cesar Ruiz -- are "weak," and added that the "[f---ing Michigan offense so predictable... Michigan football is sadly one thing ... Trash."

Head coach Jim Harbaugh addressed the comments at his Monday press conference.

"There's nobody in our program who thinks those things about any player on our team, let alone the two players he described," Harbaugh said. "On the other level, it's disappointing that a member of the Big Ten Network would choose to attack the character of two of our players. That's disappointing.

"And, I would say that if somebody wants to attack the character of anyone on the ball club, come after me, not our youngsters."

if he doesn't drop the "f" bomb I don't think its an issue.

because the rest of it just reads as commentary.

If that’s actually true that’s stupid lol

A commentator shouldn’t be calling out kids in their first game with their new team tho and Ruiz im pretty sure is an underclassmen kind of ****** to call him out like that too

From what I read it was because of the directed player negativity and I think the F bomb was just icing on the cake. Despite the alums that work for the B1G Network they want them to be somewhat as biased and non personal as possible.....Plus Edwards and Coach have history in the NFL
