We could go all the way this year and build a dynasty. Nobody respects us and that's a huge advantage. Look at UGA board posts. They haven't even watched us. They think we beat Bama with their backup QB! UGA has smoked us 6 years in a row. All every team thinks is "Not on us!" We keep doing it. I didn't believe it either. I didn't start watching the Bama game until we scored the 2nd TD. I thought at that moment that we really can score on anybody. UGA does not think that. No matter how much film they watch, no matter how many times our receivers are wide open, they still don't think we can do it to them. I predict a similar start as the Bama game. Only thing is, we will sack Bennett as he's not that elusive. I am usually very negative, but I think we will bury them simply because they just won't believe in UT being a threat to their title defense. They'll come out and go through the motions and get down by 21 or so and never catch up. Winning it on the front end of a rebuild would secure years of great teams. This is nothing like 1998. We lost 1 game in 1989, and first it was Bama then it became Florida that we couldn't beat. 1998 was the 10th year of fielding great teams and we finally got the job done in a backwards sort of way at that with FSU having a 3rd string QB starting in the BCS Championship game. It was more of a relief and though satisfying, this year it would be so much better. Teams don't get this opportunity to win so much so soon and change the whole trajectory of a program in an instant. Respect is earned and we haven't earned it, so we can use that to take home the big trophy in the end.
