Won't find too much argument from me, except that I still believe Richt's seat is as hot as ever. More so than Addazio

looks like a pretty solid list. i have to agree with lylsmorr, i think Richt may be on the hot seat a little more than addazio.

Transfer Player of the Year: Cam Newton

Lavonte David.

David made 16 tackles, 10 unassisted, against K-State. He also had one sack and two tackles for loss.

The linebacker reached double figures in tackles for the third time and marked his second consecutive game with 16 or more, accounting for Nebraska's top two tackle games since 2004.

I just don't see Richt being forced out just yet. Not only is his buy out extremely high, but from what I understand, he's in good with the higher ups.

I honestly couldn't think of any other game. Perhaps Auburn vs. Clemson?

Now that you say it, there really haven't been many great games. Some great matchups that had potential, but flopped.

I think I would rate the Auburn/Clemson game over ND/MSU though.

I'm not sure why you'd pick MSU/ND over LSU/Florida.

Virtually the same thing happened and LSU/Florida are ranked higher.

What about Washington and USC? Or Stanford and USC?

I almost picked both the USC games. I settled with the MSU vs. Notre Dame due to the fake field goal at the end, and Dantonio having his heart issues afterwords.

Good post.

Florida is not as disappointing as Texas. They lost to much better teams and in closer games. Look at the recruiting classes Brown and Muschamp are sucking it up with.

Dooley and Wilcox had those players for the length of time they have been in Austin and play them against our schedule and I truly believe TN would be 4-1 or 3-2 at worst.

Let them play the schedule Texas played and I do not think they would have a loss yet.

Best LB is roaming the midfield for LSU.

Best WR is AJ Green - by a bunch. Jeffery is probably second, although Childs is also a beast.

I appreciate the not-so-subtle dig at Florida as biggest disappointment. But, we are 4-2 and everyone pegged us for the loss to Alabama (including me) and mos ton here thought going into the season that games like the LSU game would be toss-ups. In fact, that game came down to the last play and was two teams within three ranking spots of one another.

Plus I think if you want to talk disappointments you might want to talk about Texas and Virginia Tech before you talk about Florida.

burfict would be a top 5 pick if he wasn't a nutjob.

don't know. LBs that high have to change the game. I know he's a monster, but Sheppard can flat get to the ball and makes the plays when he gets there.

Florida's inability to snap, run, or pass the ball notches them the biggest disappointment in my opinion. Right now, the Gators have like the 98th ranked offense in the FBS. Only 4 or so teams from BCS conferences have offenses worse than the Gators.

I would take Martinez for best freshman right now. We'll see what happens when they play some better teams, but his rushing stats are ridiculous. Woods had a great game against Stanford, but outside of that he hasn't done much.
