CBJ still has had very little time (relatively) to do [or un-do what CDD did, for that matter] anything major on the recruiting front. I hope this class will pan out well.

People will only start to look at CBJ when he acutally signs the top guys.
So far all we can manage is a close 2nd on some recruits. Until that changes
same crap different day. I truly hope he can do it. Just hard to get excited when things appear the same as they have for the last three years..

I would love to see just one surprise before NSD. We are in with so many that it is easy to get excited. You would think at least one would go ahead and pull the trigger.

He certainly has his work cut out for him. I think he will do much better next year after he shows that he can coach up players as well as anyone.

That's pretty good for him to say that. I like hearing at least a buzz around even if we don't get the ones we want. This is a good thing, people.

I think Butch it doing a great job. Yeah he closed second on Green but he did what he could the rest was left up to Green to decide his future. I am just glad we were in the running.

CBJ has done a great job thus far. Hopefully it is enough to sway some of the big recruiting targets he is after. Either way, he should be given a pass for this recruiting class. He had lots of Dooley damage to try to overcome.
