said last night that he would be very interested in taking that job if it came open. I think this would be very bad for Florida trying to land South Florida recruits.

He must have watched "The U: Part 2" and wants back in. I wish Miami would get back to they way the were, FSU needs a challenge in the ACC

Here's a little secret: Butch Davis has been an average coach ever since he left Miami, and I'm not sure he can recapture the magic from 15 years ago that made him good there.

I don't know man, those back to back Meineke Car Care Bowls were program changers. Going .500 in a below average conference with paid for talent, taking fake courses is quite an accomplishment. If only Marvin Austin didn't have a twitter account the dream that is mediocre football would still be taking place in Chapel Hill... Oh wait

Other than Saban, Davis is unrivaled in recruiting ability. Someone will give him another shot based on that alone. The 2001 Canes are my pick for the greatest team in college football history. It took Larry Coker 6 years to run what Davis built into the ground and he's as bad of a coach as Bill Battle.
