why not UT? we have the talent here form him to win now and not have to go through much rebuilding. But I was thinking about the old miami teams and was thinking how great it would be to see our team perform the way them teams did. When ever they were on there game, they were unbeatable.

I wouldn't be so sure on fulmer going no where. If we lose to kentucky, anything can happen. I mean finishing in the bottom of the sec and he still keeps his job? that would be a miracle.

Yeah you are proably right, but then again there where alot of people that said there was no way they would pull the trigger on Buzz and that he had one more year, look how that turned out....

Buzz never won an SEC or National Championship. AND, he wasn't quite the member on the Ol' Boys Club that Phil is.

Fulmer is also homegrown - harder to get rid of after one horrendous season.

If he had no previous Tennessee ties, it would be more likely.

Fulmer isn't gone.

yeah but not to take anything away from Fulmer, but when was the last time he has won an sec championship? I'm trying to be nice here, I am just tired of having all this talent and we have to hope to be in the under dog role cause he can't coach unless we are underdogs. I mean I feel i am on a repetitive wheel here. one year we are real good and have alot of talent so next year we are ranked high and then wham we suck. then it takes 2 years to get everything back, another year to become real good again, and then wham we suck again.
