Butch Jones may be an okay coach--for the likes of Central Michigan and Cincinnati....

This hire wreaks of panic and desperation. It violates EVERYTHING Hart said he desired in a coach at his press conference announcing CDD's dismissal.

So what if Strong turned us down....there was absolutely NO NEED to get a hire done this week--and it demonstrates that Hart is a weak-sister in the SEC as an AD....especially if Bo Pellini and other coaches were interested. It was said that we sent "feelers" out to Bielema--HE WOULD have been an improvement over Dooley. Now this guy--who CDD beat the crap out of--has taken over....

Please explain to me how this is a step forward for our program--it is a lateral move at best for our Beloved Vols!

My suggestion is to FIRE Dave Hart today and replace him immediately at AD with Philip Fulmer! At least Phil is a Tennessee VOL through and through and would stop the insanity leftovers from Hamilton. :ill_h4h::frown::vava::disappointed::whatever:
