Yeah.... I didn't like this considering it is 6 years, but it's Hart and Cheeks jobs/careers on the line if it doesn't work out, so whatever, assuming neither are at Bama or Florida, respectively, if this happens.

Correct, however, the $2M is mitigated each year by outside compensation from any employment after being terminated by UT.
