Basically the staff salary is the same as Dooley last year except Dooley was paying his OC and DC $600,000 per year while Jones cut that down to $475,000 and spread out the savings to increase assistant salaries.

It would seem a little out-of-kilter to have the WR coach being the highest paid assistant on the staff.

You may very well be right. Have been seeing a lot of negative remarks about Kiffin from a lot of USC fans. Actually saw somewhere (can't remember where now) where a USC fan said UT owes them a big thanks for taking him away from us...lol.
