Butch is a master salesman, motivator, and he has this team bought in...and without much team love via experts and removing the remaining loser stinch of Dooley from this program...I imagine the speech will sound like this:
"Now is the end of time for a fool and his legacy of failing you young soldiers are gone. His pride found another way to make sure it all went wrong. Awake this our day play like a champion as we will bring this program back! And this time it is gonna last. In triumph and victory they're gonna last.
Down that tunnel the field lights are burning with a sea of orange and it blocks out the sun. When that dam of pressure breaks at kick off I see that water drowning our opponents will to fight to keep their heads above it! We will not save them with making our own mistakes....we will pour more on them!
