Nobody has said he's not a great guy. I think he is and am proud that he is our coach on many levels. But my faith in him as the coach to prepare the team to wins games on Saturdays has waned considerably. We'll see.

How long does it take??? For 3mil a year he needs to turn a turd in to gold ASAP. Heck CGM is making less and has them in the top 10. No one is expecting that but a D whose #s are getting close to last yrs #s doesn't merit 3mil/yr.
