On Alabama board and other sites, BY will start at QB. I hope it’s not a mistake for his future and I hope the medical staff cleared him, not the coaches. I would love a win, but not at the cost of a young man’s career.

If he plays that means him and his family has agreed to it as well. Not all on the coaches.

I hoped he would play. I hope he is 100%. Simply put, to be the best you have to beat the best. Tennessee has some pressure packages. I don't want to hear it if he gets hit often. Alabama will be trying to pressure Hooker all day as well. That is the name of the game.

Impossible we have a post on here from someone who has a sister that has a friend who knows a dude that worked for a guy who is best friends with a mechanic who plays golf with his mom who slept with half of the hospital that does training with Vanderbilt who said Bryce will be out due to surgery.

Again, this is stupid. You want Bryce Young and Alabama to be 100%, but are totally fine with us having Tillman, McCollough, and Hadden potentially out when we are already at a major talent disadvantage. Why do you want the most talented team in the country to be at 100% when your own team isn't?

Good. I don’t want any excuses when we beat them. But he hasn’t thrown a football since Wednesday.

I want to beat them at full strength. That said, I am a little shocked he’s playing. This game means pride for Alabama. They can lose to us and still play for the SEC championship and possibly even more. I’d think Saban would rest him for next week. If he re-injures that shoulder, he will be out for weeks if not the rest of the season. I won’t believe anything until someone takes the field

I’ll believe he’s playing when he takes the first snap. He was announced as the starting qb last week as well it I remember correctly.

Except they said on GameDay he’s “expected” to start and that’s not even 100%. Even the Ole Miss Auburn announcer said they’re waiting to see if he starts.

Of course he was going to play. We are down our best WR and a starting secondary player. Why wouldn't they be full strength. Let's go!
