They practice. They usually focus more internally instead of opponent prep. They work on schemes based on tape from previous games to help refine certain concepts that may not have worked in a live game. They also focus on new concepts now that folks are maturing through the season and ready to try some new wrinkles. The pace and intensity is lessened as folks are usually resting up a little more.
