Best backcourt in the SEC? I think it's easily one of the top 10 backcourts in the country. Your thoughts.........?

Yeah, not brain surgery there guys. Way to point out the obvious. Backcourt is huge strength for this team, while the frontcourt is limited in numbers, heigth, and experience.

Rondo and Sparks are really good. That would be the only tandem that might be better. If Alabama had our guards, they would be a national championship contender.

The most important 2 things in postseason basketball are an experienced PG and someone who can get hot from the perimeter...and we definitely have both....Just limited numbers.

It almost makes one wish Jemere Hendrix hadn'tve gotten busted with a whole bunch of weed and no driver's license, doesn't it? oh, wait, nevermind.

well we do have Major Wingate and Andre Patterson. If they could stay out of foul trouble and rebound. Patterson played pretty good last year, led the team in rebounds and shooting %.

I'd have them right below the Arkansas backcourt of Modica and Brewer.

CJ and C-Lo both destroyed those guys in the SEC tourney last year.....also C-Lo hung 30 on them in Fayateville in the regular season last year.

I think head-to-head is the best indicator, my friend.

Head to Head stats don't matter when you can't do it consistently. They both have alot to prove this year.

It matters when you do it consistently to the people that he's trying to say are better.

The same as the UT duo..you shouldn't ask an opinion question if you dont want anyone to disagree with you! Those two have the better stats..period..thats all. :devilsmoke:

I'm didn't say you couldn't disagree....just questioning your opinion. Your entitled to your opinion...however sheepish it may be.

How is my stand sheepish? Facts are facts...the Arkansas duo has the better stats..thats great UT has owned them..but you wanted to know who was the better duo...look up the stats and compare. :devilsmoke:

Why don't we just say....Their teams have faired about equal the past 2 seasons, but head-to-head matchups give the nod to The TN duo...
