He will likely be a great motivator, especially with his player history there. He also has the potential to immediately improve technique for Dixon and Mellusi.

Dixon had a down year, likely from not getting a lot of playing time behind Etienne.
Mellusi had some nice moments, bit runs too upright and doesn't break a lot of tackles.

Spiller should be able to fix that by demonstrating better technique.
