C1 parking opinion?

Has anyone parked in C1? Is it close to the stadium? Does it take long to get to the interstate after the game? Overall opinion?

I think it's near the baseball stadium. Behind right field.

A "healthy" walk to/from the stadium. Easy access to/from Neyland and/or Cumberland for interstate access. Probably easier to go west than east but no big difference.
