I love to beat out Bama, tOSU, and USC for this guy. Maybe Tee and Nied can team up to bring this one to UT.

The California pipeline is essential for competing at a Championship level. Just like we need to recruit the talent hotbed that is the Southeast, we have to tap into California like we did under Coach Fulmer's regime.

With Tee and Nied being well versed on the west coast, I think we could begin getting a few from Cali. We're up into Washington state making offers also.

That's a good point, the entire west coast is an area that we should be heavily canvassing. Washington isn't necessarily known as a recruiting hotspot, but there has been a growing amount of high level D1 players from the state of Washington. Washington is also a state that produces highly rated QBs as well. Washington has recruited high 4 star QBs in the 2018 and 2019 recruiting cycles, and they have local kid Jacob Eason ready to take over for Jake Browning (a California kid)

UW is the in-state program that locks those kids down, or they tend to stay on the west coast. Ironically, UW's recruiting pipeline reaches down into California, and they also have a very solid pipeline in Hawaii and with Polynesian recruits as well. That's another huge recruiting opportunity, and Henry T would be critical in opening up pipelines in California and with other Poly kids.

Just a reminder that high level recruiting is definitely a zero-sum game. Our west coast recruiting strategy is going to be a very important element in getting back to the top.
