Ohio State, Tennessee and USC are the three to watch most for the four-star receiver from Mission Viejo, Calif., who is also going to lean a lot on his mother to help through the decision-making process as well.

The Buckeyes might have a slight edge but the Vols and the Trojans continue to battle and staying closer to home at USC might be a draw in the end.

I'm very happy with the state of our program. We are not building to be a flash in the pan, but a mainstay in college football. Heup is not trying to pull a Colorado or ole miss. He is plugging in good pieces in the portal and then he is recruiting and developing high quality high school recruits. With proper development, we should really start to see consistent top 15 performances or better. I think we are set to win at least 10 games this year. Nico will be ready, OL is back, Brazzell is going to be a stud. If our defense shows up, 10 wins may be the floor.

June will be packed, with a visit to Penn State on June 7, Ohio State on June 14, Tennessee on June 18 and then the final stop being USC on June 21.

"Every time I'm at Tennessee, Nico (Iamaleava) and I chop it up a little bit," said Bell. "Coach (Kelsey) Pope is a good dude and coach (Josh) Heupel is a great coach and I like what Tennessee does offensively."

Bell said he's targeting a July decision, potentially early August, with plans to sign in December and enroll that month.

"I want to do it before summer ends, but if something feels right and I know what school I want to go to, then I'll do it before," said Bell.
