I didn't think Jaws II was all that bad (Scheider having a lot to do with that) but holy-treehumping-monkeys was III (The Revenge) bad. The Final Frontier of the original Trek movies was awful too. Batman & Robin was really bad.

It was mentioned earlier but waterboarding was invented after forcing people to watch Staying Alive was considered too inhumane.

!!! came in here to post this. If you haven't seen it, it's worth it just for comedic effect.

The boat is literally called, the "Titanic 2."

I think you need to place them into 2 categories; sequels released in theaters and the straight to DVD ones. I judge the theaters ones more harshly because to me it makes it more of a legit sequel. The straight to DVD kinds are almost automatically crap and many times have nothing to do with the original. I've been amazed at how many movies have been given a DVD sequel.

My vote is Halloween 6: The Curse of Michael Myers. Awful.
