I know many will not care about this but Mays is listed # 2 on the depth chart at Tackle behind a sophomore. The other starting Tackle is a Redshirt Freshman.
Tyson Chandler(6'2 185) at CB is the only 2018 freshman to be first on the depth chart. All our CB's and Safeties are 5.11 or 6.0. I know we offered Chandler and wish we had some height and long arms at those
positions.

Pretty good job to get to that position as a true FR. We could have used Cade here. I honestly can't blame the young man for protecting his future. UT hired Mike Hambone, Dave Hart, and that Haslam brown noser consecutively. You can't blame smart people for avoiding a place with that kind of visionary leadership. CPF&CJP we're too late to the party.

He is an ass just like his Daddy. REMEMBER what he told PEYTON MANNING in the huddle in Peyton's Freshman Debut?? "Shut up Freshman and Call the FROZEN Play!" Classy classy . I imagine that KEVIN doesn't like to see PEYTON'S Name all over UT'S Athletic Facilities. MUCHLY. Good Riddance to the MAYS.

You are misappropriating a Jason Laymon quote

Correct.

Kevin Mays was the lineman that laid on the couch all summer and showed up for the 94 season totally out of shape. Anyone else remember seeing his fat arse sucking wind early in the UCLA game?
Oh you mean when he blew his knee out...and rushed back?

This is moronic. UT is a hot mess and I don’t blame anyone with this talent for it wanting to be here.

Kevin was a great player at Tennessee and would have had a great pro career if he hadn’t blown out his knee working for the Combine.

There’s no need for us to attacking KM cause his son decided to go elsewhere. I’d rather the kid do what he wants than sign at Tennessee and be miserable just cause dad played there.

Strong chance he would be starting right now here, somewhere on this o-line. Probably for 4 years, if not 3 then pro.

Can’t blame the kid for doing what he thought was best though. Hopefully Pruitt can turn this around and we can beat GA before he graduates, and preferably it happens when he eventually gets to play.

Cade's chances of surpassing the starting RS Frosh on one tackle position and the starting sophomore tackle at the other side are slim and none. Chances of him being recruited over by his senior year? Rather high.

What? He’s a true freshman at a school with a stacked roster that just win the SEC. what the frig are you talking about?

I just said that he'll probably get playing time at G before he does at T. I'm not understanding what we disagree about.

Thought UGA only recruited over 5 star OT’s that commit to UT?

If memory serves they recruited over Cade in his own class. They supposedly signed the #1 OT in the South last year some 5 star out of GA.

I taped the games of several of our upcoming opponents on Saturday. I watched Auburn first and then started on Georgia Sunday, just finished. Cade played a good bit in the OL rotation. Weird thing was they had him switch out jerseys and put on 42 and had him play TE some. That's a big TE, they must think he's fairly athletic. And a note on Auburn, good lord that DL, I will probably just go hunting that day, especially now that Kennedy is out.

Cade Mays playing in a TE spot is interesting. I doubt he'll run any routes but it's a good way to overload blockers on the strong side...kinda sneaky.
