So far the entire AD department has shown improvement, here's hoping the football team will confirm the above statement . There are good reasons to be optimistic .
Pumping sunshine is better than dark gloomy clouds, it's the appearance thing. :hi:

This UK team is NTO the #2 team in the country. Right now there are teams that have accompliced far more than Kentucky who has really only played one quality opponent.
Florida; Stanford (especially); UCLA; Rice and even Misters March UNC have beaten some quality opponents.
As per South Carolina, they are a good team but they have taken an obvious step back. Their scores simply pop off the page as before.
Where Tim Corbin greatly "overscheduled" his young team;I think Ray Tanner has "underscheduled" his team who was not ready to go to Lexington last week.
Maddox (2B)
Pierce (3B) Walker (DH)
Morgan (1b)
Fritts (CF)
Allen (RF) Steckenrider (LF)
Bennett (C)
Osborne (ss)
Similar to Wednesday.
I knew Drew had to be moved down sooner or later and we had to have Walker's bat in the lineup. Steck was @5 Wed and now @7 after another 0fer night w/ 2 strikeouts and foulout.
Only 2 regular players batting over .300. Walker will give Vols 3rd.
Zach and Drew and .263 and .262 respectively is killing us.
Walker and Morgan will be the keys this weekend. If Maddox and Pierce can get on base, we may be able to get them home.
I don't follow college baseball a whole lot, but I find it hard to believe KY is near as good as their ranking. This reminds me of their run in the Top Ten in football in 2007. I think it lasted one week.

Kentucky has had amazing starts before in College Baseball but like the Buffalo Bills they can't finish strong, and can't win enough games when they matter.
