$294 cable bill a month , no game. I’m pretty sure I’ve been played for a long time now based on conversation with a few Vol fans. You’d think a 30 year plus loyalty would result in better service no it’s horrible. So as of tomorrow I’ll be searching other options. Just wanted to express my disappointment with Xfinity.

I showed Xfinity a screen shot of your post. They said," get ****ed, loser."

Terrible customer service, imo.

I'm just not gonna pay that much for cable television. I had xfinity/comcast cable for a couple of years. It seemed like nearly every day it would go out. Then when it came back on, I had to go through the process of booting it back up. I have youtubetv now, and to be honest, it's a better deal than comcast, since you can download whichever app you want, and the price is nowhere near comcast. Plus, there are very few channels that I watch, don't have any extra pay subscriptions, so my bill, with tax, is like $71.00 a month.

I watched it. If you have SEC network you should have access to SEC+. At least you do with Spectrum

paid a stupid high bill for years finally cut the cord like 2 yrs ago. We got the elite stream box. Paid a one time $250 for the box. All you need is decent internet. We have every channyou cam think of (over 500), we have all the movie channels, all the sports channels. Its like a fire stick on steroids. Its even got a section that has “new release” movies. Like top gun, jurrasic world, etc….
couldn’t be happier

It had nothing to do with Xfinity, it was ESPN/SEC. They are pushing more content to the ESPN+ to make it more attractive to purchase. Every SEC team has a game exclusively on ESPN+ this season. And as stated you could have logged into WatchESPN and seen the game with your Xfinity account.

So while I won't defend Xfinity, you not watching the game was all on you.

I go way back on xfinity, back when cable tv started and xfinity was prestige cable in my area. Having said that my understanding was if you get the SEC network then SEC network + was free. After trying numerous times starting at 7:00PM i finally got it about 7:10PM with no issues rest of game.

$294 a month..Good God

Call Xfiniti, tell them you want to cancel because of price and name of competitor with a lower Special price. They will send you to retention department. Take the 2nd or 3rd offer they give you.

You can thank me later.

XFinity subscriber here. Neither my dad nor I were able to get SEC + until 5 minutes into the game. It was an ESPN/SECN issue.

I was paying $200 with Spectrum and canceled because it was too expensive. Can't imagine paying $300 with all the better option available. Internet and YTTV would cut his bill in half.
I have Sling rather than YTTV. But it's the same here. Spectrum internet and Streaming cable for about $100 a month. $300 is really high.

Sounds like you might’ve given up too early on it. It took mine a while to work, but it finally did
