...Has rly disappointed me, they've regressed every game. I don't know if its a confidence thing or not, but they rly need to get their game up. I noticed that Negedu is getting some of Williams' pt and i believe that Wooldridge might get some of Tatum's. Speaking of Wooldridge, i think he'll transfer at the end of the season. He gets 3-5 minutes a game and I think he'll go back west...

I would rather pearl get the 3 -5 minutes than wool... He is awful.....worst player on team imo this year...he has done less than nothing and hit 0 shots. Atleast we know pearl is going to pass vs jack a brick like pearl

*Jacks up contested 3*

Brian Williams is not a very good basketball player, he is terrible on defense and his offense speaks for itself, about 4 points a game. I think Negadu should be behind Wayne at the 5 position.

I agree that Brian's not a very good basketball player. He just learned to play the game. He makes some of the worst decisions that I've seen from a player at UT......but.. he hustle's, and I like that he plays with emotion. If he would just stop making soooo many mistakes and complaining to the refs when makes an obvious foul. If he would learn from his mistakes and not keep repeating them...he'll be fine.

And as for tatum......he needs to handle the rock better. He's either switched on or switced off. I would say he needs to work on his defense but...the team as a whole needs to do that.

I can't agree more with most of you...The thing is these are now Pearls recruits. No more offense for us. Negadu need to back up Chism or maybe even start both of them. We have a hard time denying guards penetrating to the inside. Let's get inside play because our gaurd play is very bad now

ANYONE who will hustle 100 percent of the time deserves the minutes......Negedu for sure. Williams made the dumbest play grabbing that guy I have ever seen in my life..........turned out to be a 4-point possession...........he does not play smart, and I do not see him hustling very often. He complains about calls constantly and his "moping" on the court is a cancer to what this team needs to be. All I ask for is all-out hustle and some smart play. Not getting very much of either of this.

I agree....as for williams, I was thinking next year or the year after before he becomes a major contributor. Negedu needs to be playing NOW.

But yeah, I don't understand how Brian has regressed so far really. At some points, he's looked dominant, and like no one could guard him or go around him. Now he's just doing terrible..

Everbody goes through some bumps in the road of life. I just wish williams/tatum would snap out of it before its to late for us this year.

Can't knock the guy (Williams) for his effort, from what Iv'e seen of him, he is hustling most of the time. UT can thank him for their win over SC, B. Williams dominated our guys inside with the rebounds

My son and I met Williams in the UT dressing room last year after a home game. He is a really nice guy and is very cordial, and I do appreciate that about him. That being said, it has to be done on the court, and I am not sure why he has regressed. It seems as if we have too many guys who have negative body language, argue every call, and just have a less-than-positive attitude. The head man needs to address this, in my opinion.

I will say this, he rebounds very well and knows how to use his big body to box out...

You guys are about 2 weeks overdue with noticing this. C Tatum needs to spend 24 straight hours in the gym shooting free throws

UT reminds me of a bunch of streetballers who can't shoot most of the time, but when they make their shots can blow teams out. I remember one quote I think it was Hatvol, saying that Cam Tatum would one day be the SEC scoring leader, I laugh when I think about how off that is:eek:lol::eek:lol:

He's a redshirt freshman. When he's a senior, you won't be laughing. Then again, being a South Carolina fan, you are used to hearing laughter. Your programs have been the laughingstock of the league since we let your trash squads join.

Not near as hard as I laugh thinking about how your fanbase was stupid enough to think Dave Odom, Lou Holtz, or Steve Spurrier could pull your teams out of the sewer.

What, Odom piloting the Cocks to back-to-back NIT titles doesn't impress you? Surely you jest.

I agree about B. Williams. He has struggled over the last couple of games. My biggest question is where is Negedu? I believe you give him Williams' minutes and let Williams back Negedu up. Now you talk about physical and effort, that kid brings it! As a bonus, he also hits his free throws.

You can tell Negedu is still not real sure where he is supposed to be on the floor. B Williams knows, but his effort/abilities are lacking. The question right now is a little bit of pick your poison. Maybe it's time to let Negedu get some more minutes and see if things pick up.

Most of this comes back to Chism getting into foul trouble.

Hat, Cam has the potential to be a very good player, i just don't know if his knees are going hold up. I read (i forgot where) that Bruce was saying Cam's knees are bothering him on the defensive end and doesn't always get the lift he needs too, and that was late december. I think he can be a 15pt. game scorer, but I don't think we will lead the conference scoring. If Scotty would be more aggressive and work on his mid-range game, then he could lead the league in scoring, but I don't think Cam can.
