Campus Construction

Have any of you guys been on campus lately?
My venture on Wednesday was like traveling through a disaster area around the stadium. It's going to be really special WHEN it's completed. hmy:

Seems like as good a place as any to ask this question... I heard the AD pays for all parking garage construction and upkeep on the existing ones. The university does not contribute from their side despite their obvious use. True? Just a question of curiosity.

Construction has been a constant over there for 20 plus years. Governments need education to need more money.
