The BASEBALL coach to learn how to slide????

If he gets hurt we are down to zero healthy QB's!

Just a suggestion, don't Taze me Bro!

Given the slow decline in our baseball program I don't know that I would want my 2 year old over there taking lessons

....Peyton Manning. It is his off week. He and Fulmer can fly in together and he and Dobbs can watch some game film and work on technique. I love making decisions for other people

Seeing as Dobbs was a stud baseball player in high school I assume he can slide quite effectively...

Let's worry about him getting timing down with receivers first ;)

On "The BJ Show", Butch didn't talk about Dobbs sliding. He said he needs to get his pad level lower, I think Worley is a QB who sometimes runs. I think Josh and Riley are going to be runners when they run.

Timing with the receivers was not the problem, it was the grease on their hands.............

Not a Dave Serrano fan? Interesting comment.

Besides, Dobbs had offers to play college baseball too, IIRC. He doesn't need a baseball coach.

Wow....Manning looks huge next to Dobbs....and Dobbs isn't exactly a little guy.

Sort of, but consider the following:

1) Peyton is a grown-ass man and veteran professional athlete with a solid 20 years and 40 pounds on JD
2) Dobbs is throwing in a slightly different direction, thus altering the angles
3) Even playing competitive sports at the D1 level, Dobbs probably still isn't done growing into his frame.

He'll be okay. He got up and shrugged it off after getting absolutely rocked yesterday by that Bama DB yesterday.
