You could be the best recruiter but if you can't tell a kid who his position coach is going to be what can you do? I think it is imperative that he name his staff and quickly. Tough spot to be in.

I'd be happy if he can salvage at least one of the decommits. The team isn't going to be good this season anyway, our schedule is sickeningly tough.

Yeah he can he is bringing some coaches with him so they can help plus he still has Thompson Chaney Garza Boy i tell you what if Kiffin left Reeves that way then thats just low class

It really depends on who he is recruiting. I know if he is visiting a kid who plays DT, but can not tell the kid who his position coach will be.....it will be tough. I think he has decided to keep Thompson so at least he would know who the DC is. Anyone heard if the OC from Okie State is a sure hire or not?

He has already started hiring, or keeping. I think it was said Both Lance Thompson, and Jim Chaney have been kept from the previous staff. (OC, and LB coach). Alot of people seem to think LT has a chance at DC. I have a feeling CDD will bring in his DC from LaTech, as he has really done well at Tech turning that defense around. I think I saw where they ranked like 17th Nationally with VERY subpar talent. Willie Mack Garza has not been let go so he may stay on staff as well. I hope that helps us land Ahmad Dixon...but I doubt it. The sooner the whole staff is complete...the better chance we have at showing these kids some stability. Parents are going to want to see that pretty quick...IMO

I am sure he will make the call to let them know they are still very much wanted and needed at Tennessee. I would bet alot of them picked UT because of the staff so they will be going elsewhere. I know alot of the kids actually made the comment when asked why they picked Tennessee...Because of Monte or the Ogre. I will say USC can't make room for all of them though. Here is to hoping Thompson, and Chaney can make a case...and these kids like what they hear.
