Can Hopson carry us?

I know there is a long way to go, but the only way this years team will be able to do anything is if Scotty turns into a superstar and dominates games down the stretch with a lot of help from Wayne.

The catch 22 is that if this happens we will be hurting for next year. Do you think Scotty can actually play his way into the first round? If he stays is next years team better than this years team?

I think he can be a 1st round pick 1 or 2 years down the road. But no chance it would happen this year.

It is just my opinion, but I do not think Scotty is capable of carrying any team. He has got such great talent, but is not mentally or physically tough. When he goes to the rim, he does not do it with any authority. He is too easily blocked. He fires up the three too much.

Don't get me wrong, I like to see this guy play. Loads of talent, but I do not think he is capable of putting a team on his back. Hall, however, I think is. I am a big fan of Kenny Hall.

I think Hopson could be spectacular, he just needs to toughen up.

+1 and he needs to learn how to dribble in traffic, he's always getting the ball ripped when he drives it into the lane.
