Folks don't think of UK as a legit team because (1) they are Kentucky and (2) they are not offensively explosive - but the last two games, they obviously had a game plan that keep them in the game against very two good teams.

Ole Miss got shockingly exposed. They've had the weakest schedule in the league before today.

I think after South Carolina people were ready to write Kentucky off. They appear better than expected because of their defense. Stoops does enough to give them hope every year.

1) Georgia won the game.

2) Georgia was playing in Kentucky, and Ole Miss was at home.

3) Kirby Smart has won multiple national titles. Lane Kiffin hasn’t sniffed anything close to that as a head coach.

He's not overrated because he's just a slightly above average coach. That's about right but Kentucky just happens to be pretty decent.
